I find this recipe perfect for leftover ingredients you have hanging around in your pantry and fridge. I have 2 bottles of opened curry paste and half a pack of couscous. I always have a can or 2 of coconut milk in my grocery stack. This is fairly easy to make. Whether you’re a novice or an expert cook. It is filling yet light, easy to prepare and tasty.
My verdict for this one is definitely, yummers! 😀
